If you’re a Tier 4 sponsor, migrant or short-term student, the Home Office has issued temporary concessions in response to the coronavirus outbreak.
Here’s what you need to know.

The guidance stipulates requirements for:
- education providers seeking to apply for, and hold a license to sponsor international students wishing to study under Tier 4 of the Points Based System
- applying for a Tier 4 license
- sponsorship duties
- compliance assessments and sanctions for non-compliance
- the effect of Higher Education regulatory reform on Tier 4 sponsors
