The Home Office have recently a form if you are applying for immigration bail from immigration detention or if you are not detained, applying to change your immigration bail conditions.
Here’s what you need to know.

“You should use this form if you are applying for immigration bail from immigration detention and you consider that you need to be provided with accommodation to avoid a breach of your human rights.
You should also use this form if you need your immigration bail conditions be changed to include a residence condition because you consider that you need to be provided with accommodation to avoid a breach of your human rights.”
