Established in 2011, Compass Immigration Law Ltd are the “go to immigration lawyers” in Bolton and Greater Manchester for individuals and other legal professionals.

Specialising in Immigration, Asylum, Human Rights and Nationality Law we assist clients in a private (fee-based) capacity.

We have an opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join and hit the ground running. As we’re a small and close-knit team, the right candidate must share our ethos and high standards to deliver great services to our clients.

Working closely with our Practice partners, Practice manager, and autonomously, the ideal candidate must be capable of working collaboratively and independently to uncover creative ways to introduce and deliver our immigration services to new and existing clients.

With fresh eyes, the ideal candidate will contribute to and help facilitate a business development plan to help us achieve our global reach.

• Immigration Appeals

• Travelling outside the UK
• Visiting the UK
• Working in the UK
• Asylum

Duties & Responsibilities
• Familiarise yourself with all services offered by our company.
• Self-source and develop new business prospects via social media, direct contact, word-of-mouth, and cold outreach.
• Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure a tailor-made approach is adopted when offering services.
• Use our CRM system to ensure we have the right data to analyse and forecast new and existing clients.
• Use the government website to track daily immigration and asylum updates to ensure you are up to date with changes in policies.
• Crafting business proposals to generate more revenue from new and existing clients.
• Request feedback from clients to gain information on their experience and improve our services.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or uncover areas of opportunity.
• Liaise with practice partners and manager regularly to provide frequent updates on progress.
• Respond to client enquiries as soon as possible.

• Proven experience in a Sales or Business Development role (preferred)
• Proven experience of reaching out to warm leads and proactively generating business (preferred)
• Proven experience of growing existing accounts, through research and internal account development (preferred)
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Ability to problem solve
• Trustworthy and reliable
• Driven and motivated mindset
• Ambitious self-starter

Though not essential, the ideal candidate may understand Immigration Law and how it is implemented in the UK.

Salary: £11,232
Benefits: Pension contribution, 17 days annual leave including bank holidays –(pro rata), flexible working
Schedule: 3 days per week – (9am – 5pm)
